Semināra uzdevums ir sniegt iespēju arhīvu, bibliotēku un muzeju darba speciālistiem apspriest darba procesu un pakalpojumu standartizācijas risinājumus, problēmas un attīstības iespējas, ar mērķi veicināt darbu pie kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanas un tā pieejamības nodrošināšanas. Programmā referāti no Igaunijas, Itālijas, Latvijas, Lietuvas, Slovākijas un Zviedrijas kolēģiem.
