On 12 and 13 April 2011, Library Association of Latvia in collaboration with supporters are hosting 10th Congress of Latvian Librarians "Open Access to Knowledge - Promoting Sustainable Progress".
Congress will be held in the House of Riga Latvian Society (Merķeļa St. 13, Riga).
