The Reading Room of Library and Information Science
The Reading
Room of Library and Information Science (Reading Room Z) collects professional
information of the branch; its basic objective is to provide to the employees
of libraries and information centres, specialists of related sectors, students
and lecturers as complete as possible contemporary professional information in
traditional and electronic form – diverse publications on book and library
science, bibliography and information science.
The Reading Room is the study basis for the students of the University of Latvia, Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Library Science and Information Science.
